While working at Simpleview, now part of Granicus Destinations, I spent 3 years and 8 months helping redesign an enterprise CRM platform used by destination marketing organizations. The product, now known as the Destination Management System, supports workflows related to tourism, partner relationships, sales, services, and destination data.

As a UX/UI Designer, I contributed across the full UX process, from research and workflow analysis to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

My work included researching complex workflows, reviewing internal documentation and product videos, conducting competitive analysis, creating journey maps in Miro, writing interview scripts, conducting user interviews, creating surveys, designing wireframes and prototypes in Adobe XD, and validating designs through usability testing.

After testing, I synthesized findings using affinity mapping and rainbow spreadsheets to identify patterns, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement. I also conducted UI audits, documented inconsistencies, reviewed product usage data in Pendo, and collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and internal stakeholders to improve the product experience.

Below is a video that summarizes the Simpleview Destination Management System.
